Load Switch
Description
The SC704/SC705 is a low input voltage, low Ron load
switch, designed for use in battery powered applications.
Integrated circuitry controls the switch to minimize resis-
tance over a wide range of conditions.
The device provides controlled soft-start to limit inrush
current. The SC705 features an automatic discharge circuit
which discharges the output when the part is disabled.
The SC704/SC705 is offered in an ultra-small 4-bump
0.76mm×0.76mm Chip Scale Package (CSP) which enables
very small board area implementations. The SC704/SC705
has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
