Description
The STTH60AC06C, which uses ST Turbo 2
600 V technology, is suited as boost diode
especially to use in air conditioning as continuous
mode power factor corrections interleaved.
The device is also intended for use as a free
wheeling diode in power supplies and other
power switching applications.
