Ultra-Low On-Resistance, 6A Load Switch with Soft Start
Features
General Description
• 15mΩ(Typical) On-resistance
The APL3536/B is an ultra-low on-resistance, power-dis-
• 6A Continuous Current
tribution switch with external soft start control. It integrates
