this cellular design of HEXFET® Power MOSFETs
utilizes the latest processing techniques to achieve
low on-resistance per silicon area. This benefit

with an extremely efficient and reliable device for use

products are designated by IR as compliant with ISO/TS 16949 requirements and bear a part number including the
