General Description
Max rDS(on) = 9 mΩ at VGS = 10 V, ID = 13 A
Max rDS(on) = 13 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V, ID = 11 A
Fast Switching
This N-Channel MOSFET has been produced using Fairchild
Semiconductor’s proprietary PowerTrench® technology to
deliver low rDS(on) and optimized BVDSS capability to offer
superior performance benefit in the application.
