• SZ prefix for automotive and other applications requiring unique
site and control change requirements; AEC-Q101 qualified
and PPAP capable
• These are Pb-Free devices

• Case: Void-free, transfer-molded, thermosetting plastic case
• Finish: Corrosion resistant finsih, easily solderable
• Maximum Case Temp: 260°C for 10 seconds
• Polarity: Cathode indicated by polarity band
• Flammability rating: UL 94 V-0
