■DESCRIPTION
-30V P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET
■FEATURE
The STP3407 is the P-Channel logic enhancement
mode power field effect transistor is produced using
high cell density. advanced trench technology to
provide excellent RDS(ON).
This device is suitable for use as a load switch or in
PWM and gate charge for most of the synchronous
buck converter applications.
-30V/-4.3A, RDS(ON) =38mΩ(typ.)@VGS =-10V
-30V/-3.0A, RDS(ON) =58mΩ(typ.)@VGS =-4.5V
